  • Is my deposit refundable?

    Yes, deposits are refundable, minus a $25 processing fee to cover transaction charges, up until you choose your puppy at the 6 week visit. If you should change your mind after that, you would forfeit your deposit.

  • What happens if I have a reservation for a female and there are no females in the litter?

    We would offer you a male if we had more than 3 males in the litter or offer to move your deposit to another litter. If you did not want either option we would refund your deposit, minus the $25 processing fee.

  • When will I know if there is a pup available for my family?

    We take 3 reservations per gender per litter, and then start a waitlist. We post as soon as the puppies are born and will confirm by email to families on our list, the number of puppies and what their genders are.
